Lille Land in the army

After 16 years without getting hauled in by the army for maneuvers they suddenly decided to move me to our 'home defense'. Meaning I will now have to get into the uniform for approximately a week every year.

Me in uniformThis is the uniform in question. Do I look reassuring? Not? Damn...

Anyway... It seemed a perfect excuse to ask my beloved bestest friend if I could borrow her little Land Rover. Series I, 1952 model, 80". She thinks I borrowed it only to show off. Don't tell her I did it mainly because driving that car is soooo much fun! She'll only start thinking I want her only for the cars...

Me with full equipmentLoaded up with all my gear. Ready for action...

Lucky me... This year we just got 10Kg of new equipment to carry along.

RelaxRelaxing is important for a soldier. Getting enough rest at all times and be ready for action whenever needed. And what better place to relax than on this hood?

StormThis is Storm. She is also very fond of Lille Land. Especially with the top off.
